New house on a property of over 3000m2 for sale – Ćurilac

Location

The house and property are located in the town of Ćurilac, 2 km before Danilovgrad (seen from the direction of Podgorica) and is located exactly between the new boulevard, from which it is 400m2 and the road Podgorica – Spuž – Danilovgrad, from which it is 300m away. Danilovgrad can be reached in less than 3 minutes by car, while Podgorica is a maximum of 15 minutes by car (to the Delta). The property opens onto an asphalt road and has all connections for water, electricity, internet and telephone.

Interior and design

The house has an area of 132m2, on a plot of 3405m2, built in 2022 and completely finished on the outside. From the interior works, it remains to lay a floor on some 60m2, switches, sockets and an electricity meter. Final plastering (not plastered) and interior doors are necessary. The house has a large terrace on G, entrance hall, living room, kitchen with dining room, pantry, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. A 10cm-thick demit facade was made, a 16cm-thick Mont Styrofoam was installed in the roof, the doors and windows are six-chambered with 3 panes, blinds and mosquito nets. There are over 50 hazelnut trees on the property, and there are also apples, plums, cherries, Japanese apples, pears, needles, etc. There is also a water well on the property. The land is extremely fertile and suitable for any kind of farming.

Next to the new house, there is also a smaller house that is completely usable for living, and another large shed that is used as storage.

The new house is not legalized and the price for legalization is around 1500 euros (10 euros per m2). A smaller house is registered on the real estate register.
