A new access road leads to the building, so it has an exit towards Zabjelo and the ” Codra ” clinic. It is a road that should make a ring around Ljubović hill. By the way, this place is a well-known promenade and has an arranged path for bicycles and recreation. The spacious parking lot in front of the building offers more than enough space for parking, and is intended for tenants only. The exterior of the building is pleasant and without visible flaws, the facade has been completely maintained. The entrance hall is neat, and the apartment is on the second floor.

The interior rooms are divided into two levels. The lower part consists of a large living room, which is entered through the corridor, then there is a dining room that divides the living room into a room and a kitchen, then the kitchen, from which there is access to a spacious terrace. The upper part, which is intended for work and rest, is reached by functional stairs. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway. Terms of sale and our opinion

Our assessment is that the apartment is offered at a fair market price, and that it is ideal for larger families. The ownership is 1/1 and according to the papers it is registered at 81m2, while according to the survey that was done, the actual area is 90m2.

The apartment is offered for cash, but there is a possibility of compensation for a smaller apartment with an additional fee, especially if it is located in the settlements across from Morača, block 5, etc.
