Our opinion

Although a certain investment is required in order to completely renovate and furnish the apartment, we believe that with an investment of approximately 10,000 euros, you would get an excellent apartment in a very attractive location. Proximity to schools, business district, university are definitely advantages that make it worth thinking about buying this apartment.
