Location

The hall is located on Mareza right next to the highway, it has its own disconnection from the road. Nearby is the Knjaz estate, the INA gas station. This part is known as an industrial zone, so the hall can be used for almost all phases of production, distribution, and storage.

Interior and design

The area of the hall is 1400m2. It consists of an open concept ground floor, a gallery, as well as a smaller office space. In the hall there is a crane for the entire wide area, with a capacity of 5 tons. The hall has two truck entrances, a parking lot, and two toilets outside the hall. With the agreement with the owner, adaptations of the space are possible.
