The apartment is located on the first floor, facing east-west. In front of the building there is a large free parking lot with plenty of space. The approach to the building is simple, the entrance is very clean and tidy, and you reach the apartment via a few steps. This location is one of the most sought after because all important institutions are nearby and it is considered one of the most desirable parts of the city. Interior of the apartment

The apartment is semi-furnished, which means that it has a kitchen, living room furniture, no TV, two beds in the bedrooms without closets, and there is also no large bed in the larger room. In agreement with the owner, everything mentioned could be provided for a slightly higher price. The living room furniture is quite new, as are the two beds with new mattresses in the bedroom. We can say decent furniture. The bathroom is large, it did not suffer from investment, but it has everything you need, including a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a large air conditioner that can heat the main room without any problems. The general impression is that the apartment is very warm, dry without any sign of moisture, and the exterior lock is of good quality and provides good sealing.

Conditions

The apartment is rented for a period of at least one calendar year. It can be used as a business space or as a residential space. We see families with several members as potential clients, since the apartment really offers a lot of space. The first rent and a deposit in the amount of the first rent are mandatory, and as far as other contractual provisions are concerned, the usual practice applies. Tenant’s obligation is to pay regular bills for TV, internet, electricity and entrance maintenance.

The ratio obtained – paid is excellent and this property would be our recommendation considering the location, contents and comfort that this property offers.
