The apartment is located on the main boulevard of St. Peter Cetinjski in Podgorica. The famous Podgorica Promenade resisted urban planning and continues to captivate with its beauty. The decades-old rows of trees give this location a special charm. Someone was smart and integrated the urban complex into nature. Many important institutions are located in this part, and the convenience is also the proximity of schools and kindergartens, as well as many commercial facilities. Access is from the parking lot located behind the building. There are enough parking spaces and there is also the possibility of renting a parking space. Greenery, grassy areas and cypress trees surround the building. The entrance is neat and regularly maintained.

The interior

The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached by stairs. You enter the apartment through the hallway and you are already in the huge living room. Massive solid wood furniture dominates the room. There is enough space for daily activities. There is a dining table in the extension and the kitchen is separate but within easy reach. There is also a large glass opening with a view of the greenery and the boulevard. The noise of the car is muffled and does not disturb. From that room you can go out to a long terrace that is glazed but very pleasant for rest. The rest rooms are reached through a long corridor, at the end of which is the bathroom. There are also two spacious rooms for rest, with a large French bed, and two smaller beds in the second room. All rooms are curtained and you feel comfortable. The furniture is not modern, but it is cozy and comfortable. Small household appliances are at your disposal, as well as larger appliances for longer stays. The apartment faces north-east.
