Location

The apartment is located in a new building above the footbridge in Rafailovići. Stairs have been built from the building to the footbridge, so you can get to the sea very quickly, as well as to the area with shops and markets.

As we have already mentioned, the balcony is the entire length of the apartment, with a view of the sea, so it is the right place for enjoyment and relaxation. From the children’s room there is another, smaller terrace. The apartment is in a building with an elevator and has its own parking space in the underground garage, which can be reached by elevator.

Terms of issue
