Inside and interior
I must note that this is one of those apartments in which you feel comfortable immediately from the entrance. It’s probably because of a well-designed space for it, which is also very intimate. Wall colours are also very nicely stylished, where at one point they act very calmly and in the other stimulate activity. There are contrasts but very carefully done not to disturb the harmony. We can say that every centimeter of the space is used.
In the lower part of the apartment there is a classic one bedroom apartment, with a bedroom and a living room. There is also a kitchen, a dining room and a small pantry, and there is a bathroom. The kitchen is nicely stylished and separated by a bar from the living room. The living room has exit to a beautiful terrace with a view of the city.
To the top floor lead wooden stylished stairs that are very functional and make this place prettier. They are safe and handles are made. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms that are very spacious in our opinion. There’s space for a large French bed but also for a wardrobe. On this level there is also a bathroom that is spacious and in a decent condition.
Our opinion and remarks
By staying in this apartment and in a direct conversation with the owners, who are one dignified family, we have gained positive impressions. We obtained all the documents regarding the property and the load. The property is 1/1. There are two records on the property list. One is a mortgage at IRF, but that’s not a thing to worry about, because the sale of the apartment means its closure. The other is on a part of the apartment, ie. upper floor of some 40m2 that are properly handed over for legalization. This section will also be quickly completed. An elaborate, and the measures has been made and submitted to the responsible authority. Our opinion is that the complete situation is completely clean and along with these two records and with a total positive impression about this property we consider that the future tenants will take over the positive energy that definitely exists in this apartment. It’s our recommendation, and as potential customers, we see more numerous families as well as couples who love creative and non-standard spaces.
