Next to the kitchen is a small pantry with shelves and a microwave oven.

The two bedrooms are also very nicely decorated. Both have large wardrobes with mirrors. One has a comfortable double bed with a memory foam mattress, a TV and air conditioning, and the other has a sofa that folds out into a double bed. The bedrooms lead out onto the glazed terrace. The bathroom is luxuriously equipped, has a hydromassage shower cabin, two sinks, several cabinets, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The apartment opens onto another terrace, from the living room, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and from which you can enjoy the sounds of waves breaking against the rocks and the coast or enjoy a beautiful sunset. Video surveillance and an alarm were installed.

The insulation of the outer walls was done with a demit facade with 5 cm thick styrofoam; ceiling insulation with styrofoam mounting 16 cm thick and roof insulation with Adingflex acrylic waterproofing.
